No. We care most about your ability to coach real fluency and confidence. Certifications are a plus, not a requirement.

Yes. You set your own weekly availability, so this works well alongside a full-time job, freelance work, or other coaching commitments.
No. Online coaches can join from anywhere in India. In-person coaching opportunities are currently concentrated in Mumbai, with more cities planned.
No. Applying and onboarding is free. We take a share of session revenue only after you start earning through the platform.
